After Carl's great performance 2 weeks ago, it's now Steve (Hoopie), Mike (manavs) and Tim (The old muscular guy) time to step on stage next Saturday (correct me if i'm wrong guys)! Agree with you, MO!! Tim and Mikey will be in the Metropolitans this weekend. Look forward to cheering them on. And rooting in spirit for the others. Good luck guys, and enjoy it!!  |

My most sincere thanks to everyone here for the constant encouragement as well as the constant motivation that you fuel the board with daily. THANK YOU !!  I`m doing the Over-35 ,under 176 pound class,as well as the Over-45 class. All I can say is that I did the best I could to prepare,sometimes under adverse circumstances as usual!! I also want to thank my wife who puts up with all my sh*t every year while I compete,and a big thank you to my training partner, and future champion, Bonnie,who pushes me to go beyond the pain barrier every fricken` day and does so herself!! I also want to add that I`m really proud of the condition that Hoops has attained as we were getting a bit worried earlier on but he rose to the occasion and did what he had to do......whether he wanted to or not!!
The mark of a champion.......no doubt about it.
