Spoke with Keith, and think he will win a couple more trophies at least! He sounds confident, is a few pounds bigger than W Palm, and just as conditioned. And that is what wins shows.

Talked to Keith today. He is currently about 4 pounds heavier and we didn't start the carb up yet. His conditioning is also better. If all goes well, he should be in the low to mid 170's which is a good 7 to 10 pounds heavier then last show.

I talked to Keith today. He is a little over 170 and still growing. Conditioning and size are better then the last show. He is going to kick ass!

I talked to Keith after prejudging. He is sure he won the lightweight class. It is going to come down to him and the heavyweight for the overall. He said it is about even from the front but he beats the guy from the back. He said everyone was amazed at how much bigger and better conditioned he was from the last show. He is calling me after the show tonight so I will post the results.
