I competed against Shiloe Steinmetz at the 2004 Upper Ohio Valley. He won the light heavyweight class that year and I won the heavyweight class. I beat him for the overall. He has made some dramatic improvements since then.

Man, the bar just keeps getting raised even at the natural shows!
Dave Goodin looks fantastic! Its amazing how some of the competitors look more impressive in the comparison pics than they do in their individual shots!
These guys are good!
