Been doing more of calisthenics these days.... bodyweight is around 79 kilos very lean. Thought I might just test my strength as I wasn't doing any weights, bodyweight has dropped down fairly low, no supplements too, so here goes......nothing impressive though... 1 Bench Press : 315 for 5 reps 2 Squats : 365 for 3 reps 3 Deadlifts : 425 for 2 reps 4 Overhead Dumbell Press : 100 for 5 reps 5 Lateral Raises : 40 for 15 reps 6 Standing Military Press : 185 for 3 reps 5 Dumbell Curl : 80 for 5 reps 6 Parallel Bar Dips : Body Weight + 120 pound dumbell for easy 10 reps Protein is about 80 gms and carbs about 240 gms.Also cut down on my smoking too. Beer, vodka etc only on weekends. Shall post my pix soon.
