I'm here, Frank. Not as much as I'd like to be, since this is a busy time at work and with church and coaching as well.
Sometimes life takes over, and we can't do everything we want. Not enough hours in the day.
But we're still here in a spirit of community. Things will pick up again.

I must admit that I have worked a lot more this month. That, combined with the new English courses and more workouts every week (my motivation is higher than ever) is maybe the reason why I didnt post as much as usual.
But believe me, I'm going to be a lot more active very, very soon (Journals and everything)... I just LOVE being here with you all!

I have been popping in and out. Just been really quiet lately. I have been training hard and heavy trying to gain some weight to move up a weight class by the Fall of 2008.

Glad you're all out there, and looks like all good things too!
Work, church, working out, classes, competing, etc.
Yup! Life takes over! Good for all of you! That shows me what a well rounded community this really is, and why I love being here too!
Keep in touch everyone.....that's part of community too...communication, taking care of one another, etc.

I've become a distant memory  Got fed up of battling to get big so found a new hobby after quitting smoking weed, Lux has turned into a fighter!! Had to diet down to 144lbs, kickboxing tournament tomorrow where i could have 1-6 fights. Depends how many turn up for my category! 1st full contact unlicensed boxing bout in 3 weeks time!! Its allgone crazy, but i do miss you guys  |
