Eric,
Keith had told me you were an outstanding bodybuilder with a National caliber physique, and from what I see he was right on the money. I thought you had the whole show! Keith told me he really hopes you win the NABBA Open Overall....you can add me to that list too. I also want to thank you for being such a big help to my brother this year. He says you're a diet "wizard"!

Thanks Randy. Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Really busy training for these contests, work has been crazy and I started back to school for another degree so that is taking up tons of my free time. |
