The Arnold Classic is this weekend in Columbus Ohio.
My wife, Bernie and I, will be down there ALL weekend! She will be working the USAPL Booth, and I will be working on stage as a spotter, etc., for the USAPL Powerlifting.
If you get a chance to go, please stop by and say "HI!"

I miss going. Went twice and loved it. This year a good friend is competing in the women's amateur bb. Would have loved to go see her!

This will be a tough show. Except for Jay and Victor, the other major players will be there.
Phil Heath, Melvin Anthony, Dexter Jackson and Kai Greene look like front runners. But can't rule out Branch, Badell and others either. Hope they are all in top shape and make for a super show.

Hear you, Beckie! Moe was the most improved athlete at the Ironman. His Olympia spot is secure, but it would be great to see him place high again.
As to the ladies, I always root for Betty Pariso in the BB event but Iris Kyle and Lisa Aukland are always tough.
Can never predict figure, but maybe Monica Brant will break through. Always loved Tracey Greenwood and hope she does well in Fitness.

TRacey GReenwood has been coaching my friend Alissa Carpio and it has made a world of difference to her complexity component. I recommend Tracey to any aspiring fitness competitor!  Hopefully Alissa will get her much deserved pro card this year! |

Carl! Was GREAT to see you again! I was busy working the platform ALL DAY Friday. Saturday, a migraine snuck up on me, but I managed to meet a few people at the Expo. I feel MUCH better now ;D     (....and in case you're wondering....yes, I did get in hot water over these pic's........oh well ) |

Damnit, I wish i wasn't away so long. I worked the ALR Industries booth (right by Jan Tana) and we had a kick ass time there. We were the official Drink (Venom Sport) and sponsor for hte after party. I was VIP and we were treated very VERY well at the after paryt. What a great weekend.
