Mystic, I used to diet for contests on a very bland regimen thinking to myself that is was that much more hardcore to diet with plain bland food.
After a few years of prepping for contests in this manner ,friends of mine told me to add spices,ketchup,and other sugar free ,low sugar,and fat free condiments to my food while dieting.With a hardcore additude I was resistant at first but I did eventually try it and suffered no ill results.
Condiments make the food taste better and as we know dieting is hard enough as it is without having to eat food that tastes like cardboard.watch out for hidden sugars.
I use fat-free dressings,ketchup,spices,artificial butter spray,Pam cooking spray,and it makes everything taste better and has very little or no calories.
Eat hearty at the party,they will not hurt you at all,and they make the diet a hell of a lot eassier!! ;D
