Ok guys, after much thought and revision, I have come up with the following list:
Upon Rising: Fast acting protein/Glutamine-BCAA, Vit.C, Vit/Min.
Before Meals:Lipoic Acid,R-Lipoic Acid,Vanadyl,Chromium,
Pre-Training:Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA, Vit.C
Post-Training:Fast Acting Protein, Dextrose, Creatine, Glutamine, BCAA, Vit.C
This is merely my latest revision, PLEASE feel free to add things, as we go along we will revise when to take them and why we feel they are important.

TB,I`m not a big suplement guy myself,I just take a few basic ones I beleive in and I truly can`t afford to buy a mega-amount ..not that I would anyway.
The guy to ask on this subject among others here, is bodyfx.
He know`s supplements like the back of his hand,and I`m sure he`ll offer his opinion once he see`s this thread.

What about ZMA at bed time? I take it. Not sure if it really helps immune or not, but I seem to be pretty health more often since using it.

REMEMBER: Even Though Not Many Can Afford To Take Everything We List @ Once, You Can Still Pick and Choose Which Ones You Feel Work/Or Would Like To Try!!!
What we are attempting to do is give bodybuiulders a chance to see what is helpful and when they should take it for the most benefit, in a perfect world you could take all these @ once and this would be how to line them up.

I base my nutrition around a few things. AM upon arising 50 gram whey ion shake 2-3 shakes a day to up the protein per day. 50-100 grams of whey ion x/micellar casein mix (70/30) in Carb solutions choc milk or crystal light. I get my protein unflavored just for that reason and let the drink flavor it! Pre work out shake whey ion x-40 grams Maltodextran-60 grams Post work out 6-10 grams of BCAA's 10 grams L-Glutamine in 10 oz Welches grape juice or for the $$ conscious whey Ion x in Grape juice or ideally whey hydrolysate malto and dextrose in water...if $$ aren't really a problem there are plenty of other commercial post work out blends that are really good.
Night time shake before bed to offset catabolism Micellar Casein or calcium caseinate.

I say:
Upon waking: Whey shake, Vitamin C,B Creatine Preworkout: Protein shake if i don't have time...eggwhites if i do.
Pwo: Whey shake , dextrose, Creatine, VitaminC,E
Before Bed: Flax oil...w/ milk....or casein shake..

Post 100 grams protein, 50/50 grams Dex/Malto, 15 grams Creatine in grape juice, baked potatoe and banana for the extra spike. Just my .02 cents worth...

I have read so much about glutamine and still do not know if it is a worthwhile supplement or not. There seems to be so many opinions and they all seem to differ.

layne (str8flexed) posted a bunch about glutamine in another thread that wasn't originally about glutamine at all...I think it was something about "finding the right protein" maybe? he doesn't seem to think it is worth using

Mike, I was on the fence for a while since your body does make Glut, but after trying it pre workout it made a huge difference for me in the energy department...

I agree 100% thats WHOLE FOOD is the best bet always!!!
but I also beleive that if you can afford it, then there are alot of supplements you can take for an extra bit of an edge... Its like I always said, "I would easily drink rancid, curdled, baby vomit if someone could showm eIt would make me grow!"
Some others however do not have a credo like that and want there protein powders to "Taste" good I do not eat for pleasure I eat for results...go figure.

I've already elaborated on my feelings on glutamine vanadyl only increases glucose transport in the basal non-glucose stimulated state... which really isn't much of a benefit unless you are hyperglycemic as your body will just release hormones to increase blood glucose again. chromium is useless unless you are hyperglycemic again... and there is some evidence that higher doses of it may cause DNA damage. -Layne
