First week of my diet, went pretty well, cut down on cals, started up some cardio and decided to make one cheat meal a week. Today I had 2 slices of sicilian pizza with sausage, pepperoni and hamburger, and a salad. I had no desert, no soda/pop, but two nice slices of pizza. I was tempted to overeat but I remembered that I was on a cutting plan.

Jeez, what do I NOT eat? I've had whole factories of food for my cheat meals. 2 burritos with double servings of meat, medium pizzas in one sitting, 2 pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream for breakfast, 5 PB & J sandwiches with a quart of whole milk. A dozen donuts, also with a quart of whole milk. Let's leave it there and say that my eating habits are legendary amongst friends. ;D

I hear ya YB. I just polished off a pizza, popcorn, 2 bowls of ice cream, Jelly Belly's and a bag of Sour patch kids.. I have to go to bed before I eat some more

Cheat meals, Whats that? God i need one of those....Wifey going to make me some natural pb oatmeal cookies made with spleda and splenda brown sugar...yum yum..nice low calorie no sugar treat with natty pb and whole grain oats...

Of all the cheat meals that you could have eaten, I think that you made the wisest choice, as pizza is the only real "junk" food that I consider to be almost not junk. I personaly feel that fats are the best kind of cheat meal to go with, as fats fill you up faster than sugar, and don't leave you with those "cravings" a few hours later, which often leads to another food "rampage" (I speak from experience on this, LOL) Vin. P.S. I meant to post this a few days ago, but couldn't, because of PC problems, so in no means am I critisizing the posts that came before this one, just stating what works best for me, Vin.

Thanks God there is Splenda! Dont you agree Steve?

LOL, Randy!! Halloween Oreos with the orange filling will be on the shelves before we know it!!
Love ice cream. Have tried some of the splenda sweetend low fat ones and they are not bad! That's the dessert after the pizza main course, lol. ;D

Is it sad the highlight of my week is now my cheat meal? I've been thinking about it alot, lol. I'm thinking of doing it friday right after my workout so it goes to good use to repair muscles. I'm thinking beef ENCHILADAS and fried ice cream at my favorite Mexican restaurant.

hmm favorite cheat meal...thats a good question.
it would have to be home-made chocolate chip cookies. but these are rarely around so i never have them. if i cheat ill go to outback and get their Aussie Cheese Fries! FRENCH FRIES, BACON, CHEESE AND RANCH DRESSING!!

I eat no cheat meals during my 16 weeks of precontest dieting. I will eat more clean food if I feel it is necessary but absolutely no junk. In the off season, I usually eat whatever I want on Saturdays. Usually always involves pizza or strombolis.
