Thanks chanman, it always seems like I finish my workouts thinking I could have pushed just a little harder! I guess we're never satisfied are we? NEVER SETTLE! There is alwasy someone out ther working HARDER than me.. THATS my Mindset! #bflexsmiley1vs#

Tim, yeah its kind of like riding a bike, once you've figured out what works then you just have to get it done! I've been toying around with how to improve on things but actually I was very happy with the results I was able to get back in 03. If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Was it "strange looks from other gym memebers" Or were the other gym memebers just strange looking?
They were probably just looking at the weight you were using for curls and saying to themselves "I will have to try that. Curls must be easier than Nautalis chest press because he is using more weight doing them than I have used all day total."
