Thanks guys! I feel like I'm playing the waiting game right now, I guess thats better than being panicing about not being ready! Actually I'm right where I like to be at this point, I just can't wait to eat!!!!

Good workout, just keeping up the intensity for a few more workouts!

Today's diet....
meal 1. 6 egg whites one yolk 4oz. chicken breast 1/2 grapefruit csm one oz. whey
meal 2. 6oz. tuna 1/2 grapefruit
meal 3. 10oz. chicken breast 4 cups salad/2 tbsp. vinegar and oil
preworkout csm one oz. whey 25 grams dextrose
post workout same
meal 4. 8oz. sirloin sweet potato 2 cups salad/two tbsp. ranch dressing
meal 5. 1oz. whey two tbsp. natural peanut butter
