I start my diet on Jan 1...........I'll be dieting for 27 weeks until the Master's Nationals in July. I'll start posting my diet in January.

I actually am going to try and keep from going below 6 reps on all my power movements this year...I'll get 6, then7, ..then 8 and so on until I reach 10 for that weight before going up in weight again. I figure it will be a good way to prevent any injuries over the long haul as I'm doing 8 (if you count this month) months of prep for this show. Keith
