Some new contest news: I will now be doing the West Palm on June 23rd. I haven't been on stage for 4 years now and this will be a great way to knock off any "rust" and get back into the competition mode. As it stands right now, I'm 3-4 weeks out from being stage ready as it is. I plan on doing both, the Open, and the Master's divisions, if allowed. The show should provide some real competition, as anyone who has been in Florida can attest to...there is ALOT of good bodybuilding talent down here. The timing is perfect, as it is exactly four weeks before the Nationals, and it gives Eric (BODYFX), a chance to see me on stage before the Nationals. This will give us plenty of time to do any "tweaking" he thinks might be necessary.
9 WEEKS TILL SHOWTIME, BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think thats a great idea Keith. Being out of competition for a few years it will help you dial in for the Nationals. I can't wait to see the results! You rock buddy!

Tough crowd!!! I'm not much on posting pre-contest pics, but I have meant to do it several times...just never wanted to be bothered with it. Enough to do with everything esle I have to do in a day, besides all the training and food prep. If I can get my wife to take some gym shots next week I will have her set it up.
