Good going Grant, you are consistent! The iron bug has defiantly bit me. Friday 11 Aug 08 Front squats 115 2x8 (too heavy with only 15-30 sec rest) 105 6x8 reverse hypers bw 8x8 legcurls 90 8x8

8x8 workouts are intense, but I am only in the gym for 30-45 min.
Monday 14 Apr 08 15-30 sec rest between sets. Dips bw 8x8 pulldowns 105 8x8 highpulls 65 8x8 hammer curls 25 4-8

This was tuesday's workout.
Didn't have too much time to train. I was in the gym for less than 30 min.
barbell hack squats 95 8x8 dumbbell step-ups 25BLS 6x8 weighted hypers 25LBS 8x8

Here is Thursday's 17 Aprils workout
Changing up a little
Incline dumbbell press 45 4x8 incline flys 30 4x8
standing dumbbell press 30 4x8 lateral raises 15 4x8
isolat hammer rows 75 8x8
decline dumbbell trice ext 25 4x8
1 arm preacher curls w/ez curl bar 35 4x8
rest 15-30 sec. between sets

Friday 18 Apr 08 One workout will be 8x8 and the other will be a heavier workout
Squats 185 7x3 Barbell lunges (barbell held in front) 115 6x4 leg curls 120 6x3 (rp-15 sec) and did two additional reps each set

Weighted dips 65 6x4 Parallel grip chins 20LBS 6x4 compound sets-rest about 1 min between each exercise
Hang clean and press 95 5x4
