Where are ya? I'm here randy, my work schedule has changed up do to two co workers leaving so more time at work less to surf and post on forums. I'll work on getting back here more often. To be honest I've also been bummed with my shoulder issue. To me its kinda a serious issue because it won't allow me to do chest and shoulders and it well.. keeps on bugging me however, progress is being made so I'm not all too bumed anymore.

Andrew, you continue to inspire brother! You are one intense trainer!
Do you stay with the same shock training workouts for the duration of a training cycle? I've simply got to try that chin/deadlift superset!

35 mins cardio after
*funny moment of the day* so coming to do rack there was this guy who thought he was tough sh*t with 405 on the rack. I thought he was going the same thing I was doing aka rack deads but instead he was doing bent over rows. So when I asked him he goes TWO real loud and like a jackass. I'm like aight bro I'll wait. He a big guy dont get me wrong, no idea why he had to act like he was johnny tough guy but when he did the rows hahah OMG he did a 1 quarter inch ROW . I sat there and smiled. I was like bro you missed your test or gh shot today #bcrazylaugh4ua#
