Totally inspirational as usual Andrew! I love those one and a half reps! Your workouts are giving me all kinds of ideas for shock week. Much to my training partners dismay! ;D

I need a training partner!!! Just the ones I find dont last long. I need someone who has same goals as me that would rock! Thank you everyone for stopping in! 16 more weeks beginning this sat.
I also looked back at last year when I was dieting and I was 196.. EIGHT weeks out!! i'm 196 16 weeks out.. WOAH!! watch out now!

Andrew.......don't sweat the training partner........the vast majority of my bodybuilding career, I have trained alone, and I certainly don't see how I could have gotten anymore out of my training with a partner...to tell you the truth, whenever I would train with someone, it was more of a hindrance than anything! I'm not even aware of who is around me when I train, I'm in my own world, and that's the way I prefer it. Keith

The reason I used to no have a training partner was when they were late, etc, excues so i was like F'it I'm gonna rock it myself. Most of my weight training is also been done alone and I just ask for a spot when I need one.
