Started my 3 depletion type workouts today on zero to very low carbs, and trust me,I feel depleted!! ;D
I decided to do a bit of leg work today.......normally I wouldn`t train legs this close to a contest, but actually,I ever hardly see much of a difference if I don`t train them, and I just felt like I should do a little something.
All weights were light to moderate, but the training was mega-fast.........had to avoid a lot of the deadwood in my gym............ aimlessly wandering around in circles as usual, but it was good cardio !! #smileygrouplaugh5js#
Mon. Sept. 4th.

Quads:
Super-Set:
{Squat Machine-2 x 10 {Leg Press-2 x 15
DB Lunges-2 x 15
Leg Extensions-2 x 15
Adductor Machine-2 x 30 + 20
Upperbody:
Super-Set:
{Cable Crossovers-3 x 20 {Dips-3 x 15,12,12
Seated Bench Press Machine-3 x 15- 20 plus half reps
Cable Rows-3 x 15
Pulldowns-3 x 15,12,12
Cybex Seated Rows-3 x 12-15
Super-Set:
{Cable Laterals Behind Back-3 x 15 {Smith Machine Standing Press-3 x 15,12,10 (never tried these presses............pretty good)
Incline Rear Delt Raise-3 x 20,15,15
Super-Set:
{Pressdowns-3 x 20,20,15 {Cable Preachers-3 x 15,12,12 plus half reps
Bent-Forward Cable Exts.-2 x 20
Cardio: 20 minutes walking on inclined treadmill = 240 calories
45 sets plus cardio in well under 90 minutes.
Thats it for legs.................tomorrow I`ll do different exercises with abs, and possibly longer cardio, but I don`t really need it at this point....................I`ll just play it by ear.

I'm sure you look like you could step on stage right now, Tim. Good Luck this weekend....I admire your discipline and endurance to be able to compete in so many shows in one calendar year. Your attiude is an inspiration to anyone in this game.

Thanks Keith,I`m eating fairly clean this off-season,as I did most of last year, so I figure why not compete....I`m surely not gonna` be a 300 pound mass monster anytime soon at this point in the game,so I`m just gonna` work on adding a little size and bringing up weak points for next year. The only drawback is right now I`m ready for the stage and ready for some food.....................BIGTIME!!

Unfortunately,I don`t own a digital camera and I am going to the contest alone as usual, but there more than likely will be pics posted online at www.nabba.com after the show, and I`ll try to take some while I`m there and have them put on a disc to post afterwards. Thanks everybody,as always,I really appreciate the kind remarks and encouragement........I am never confident even if I try hard to sound like I am,or convince myself that I am,which is usually the case.
No adjustments, just eating light, adding in a bit of carbs tomorrow and Friday......nothing drastic, and cutting water Fri. night.
I`ll cut sodium tomorrow or late this evening.
Just put on a coat of Pro-Tan and look 100 % better...........my tan, such as it was,was beginning to fade badly.
Again, taking a long bus trip to the show as my wife will need the car while I`m gone.........sit,rest,piss,eat,drink,piss some more!! #smileydidisaythat8ws#
I should just move into the bathroom at this point........my God!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks again, and Keith,I can only dream that could possibly happen bro. #dreambig0ta#
