1030 am coffee water, 5 BCAAs 5 potassium, 2 lecithin, 2 green tea. 2 lipo 6, 5 potassium, 1 milk thistle, 1 b complex, 1 fish oil............................................ ......................1215 CARDIO walk/jog/run/ power walk 2 miles 35 min. Couldn't do regular cardio at gym as I had to take my son to the dentist. 1pm 5 BCAA's whey protein drink 52 grams, small salad with vinnegette. Off to work, home tonight at 1030, will do heavy bag and maybe rope to make up the lost cardio time.

I'm not targeting a certain weight. just trying to come in big, proportionate and rock hard, whatever weight that happens to end up as. MY heaviest for a show was 238 and my lightest was 222 lbs for my last one, last June so maybe 226-228?.
