Hybrid PRRS Month Week 2 - LegsFirst off- THANKS ERIC!! I tried squats AFTER all my leg presses. It helped significantly. I again kept the weight very light but ROM was pretty good and the back, while still a bit iffy, felt better. Angled leg press (WU: 180/10 270/8 360/4 450/3) 540/6 590/5 640/3 690/2!! Squats 135/14 155/10 175/8 lying leg curl/leg extension supersets 3/1/3 rep counts :60 rests 120/165 10/10 10/10 10/10 Standing calf dropsets 295/255/215 x12 ea 60 seconds 195/20 :60 rest Seated 140/19 20 minutes incline treadmill 14.0/4.0

You have major dedication. It is very difficult for me to eat under 100 grams of carbs in a day. Keep up the good work.

Don't you just love a good leg day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #k0104ne# Honestly, it wasn't too long ago I feared leg day... or at least loathed it. For the same reasons that many guys in the gym don't do legs- but thanks to staying in there it's paying off I today, yes, I really did get into it. There was a bit of trepidation heading to squats but after the first set I knew I was good to go. PRRS has really made great gains in my legs and, thus, my confidence. Still a long way to go. You have major dedication. It is very difficult for me to eat under 100 grams of carbs in a day. Keep up the good work. Thanks Grant, I've usually been OK low carbing... I do get tired or cranky on occasion but so far so good... check back in a few days to see if I've mutated into Scrooge. #bheadbanger4ga# I seriously don't know how those here that compete can dial it it so tight for so long- Scott's schedule amazes me.

For skinny me I was quite pumped and vascular after this workout. As I lean out I'm getting very vascular across my shoulders, lower abs and starting to get some definition around my serratus muscles and quads.
