Just over a week baby! That's such a hard thing to tell bro. I'm trying something different this time ONLY carbing up tomorrow then trying to make lightweight and when I do, I'm carbing up on HI GI carbs every 1/2 hour....we'll see I'm nervous...but...
This is something that to me seems so hit or miss when dictating your carb totals for a carb up. What's your approach going to be? 2, 3 day carb up? Carb hard day 1 then back off? What is your game plan?

Thats a very tuff one Joel.. I couldnt do that personaly. I dont think anyway. This of course is not to say that you cant.. I do like the idea of carbing up and then backing off. Makes alot of sense to me...

What is your game plan? You know what? I'm not going to screw with things too much! I'm looking the best I've looked all year today. I'm definitely not going to screw with my sodium potassium levels like I usually do. I'm just going to take in a high amounts of water and moderate amounts of carbs for the first part of the week, cut down on carbs later in the week and keep water high right up to the show. I always say I'm not going to cut sodium and I always end up doing it anyway and regreting it on the day of the show. I just read a good article on bodybuilding.com regarding sodium, potassium and it goes right along with what I was already thinking! Why fix it if it ain't broken? I am tight and vascular as hell today, just going to maintain this right up to the show!

Thanks guys! I'm feeling pretty confident about this one but you never know who's going to show up at these things, just have to come in at your best and thats all you can do!
Since its close to home there will be a lot of people there from my gym so I feel the added pressure of coming in at my best! Its all good though should be a good time!
