Awesome workouts. How does it feel to train bis the day after back. Is your workout affected in any way? I know a lot of people are against it.

Grant it does not affect me. I always seem to get a great pump and bis's always are fresh and ready. Working bicep is not too big of a deal to me. Some people act like they are the largest muscle on their body LOL

The diet will tend to make you FEEL weaker, and maybe yeah your max on squats or deads might br off. But as long as you don't cut back TOO far, you should stll be able to train ok., just keep your psych, that's a big part of it.
