Looks good Tim, I firmly believe in starting a contest diet well ahead of time! I think thats the number one mistake alot of less experience would be competitors make!
Chest and back feel excellent worked together don't they??

I`ll tell you guys,it felt great, but we were training so fast it made me realize that I have to get back to using more intensity techniques (Super-Sets,Tri-Sets.Giant-Sets,etc.) during training, and getting serious about cardio again.

Shoulders,Biceps/Triceps:
Shoulders:
Pre-Exhaust Super-Set: {Cybex Seated Lateral Machine: 1 x 20 -50 pounds 1 x 15 -70 pounds 1 x 20 -50 pounds {Cybex Seated Press Machine: 1 x 20 -5 plates 1 x 15 -6 plates 1 x 15 -6 plates
Behind The Back Laterals: 15-20 20-15 30-12
Face-Down On Incline Rear Delt Raise: 20-20 25-15 22.5-15 20-20
Face-Pulls: 5 plates-20 7 plates-15 6 plates-20
Between my partner and I,we did these 32 sets in just about 30 minutes,give or take a minute.
That`s a set per minute..........not huge weight,but huge intensity!!
Biceps/Triceps:
Super-Set # 1: {E-Z Bar Curls: 3 x 12 with 70 pounds 1 x 15 with 50 pounds {Skullcrushers: 70-20 90-12 80-15 70-20
Super-Set # 2: {Cable Preacher Curls: 4 plates-15 plus 5 half reps 4 plates-12 4 plates-12 {Bent-Forward Cable Extensions: 8 plates-20 8 plates-20 8 plates-15 8 plates-15
Super-Set # 3: {One-Arm Dumbell Preacher Curls (90 degrees): 20-15 25-12 30-10 {Pressdowns: 5 plates-20 6 plates-20 7 plates-20
Went pretty light but barely rested at all................kind of went in a circle with just a few deep breaths here and there.............also rested while changing weight but that was it.
Trying lately to cut rest bigtime and starting intense workouts on MOnday.
Almost like circuit training.
My biceps still hurt from my 80 pound dog dragging me around outside like a ragdoll,and my triceps got pretty sore from yesterdays pullovers.
Great pump and lots of pain though!!
