bEEN FIGHTING A SLIGHT CASE OF FOOD POISONING OR STOMACH VIRUS SINCE SATURDAY NIGHT. Eating just doesnt sound good still. trying to eat something but gutts aren't happy when i do...

Really good leg workout. Quads were just shot.

I'll be following your progress! Thanks Joel! Tim is helping me with my diet... I have to sat that all I do is give carb cycles to Hoops.....he makes the food choices and train his ass off. This year though,we gonna` get crazy with some extreme cycles that I think will bring him to another level. Met Steve in Harrisburgh,and he was as big as a house,so now the challenge is to get him shrinkwrapped with added size. The guy is definatyely one of the most dedicated bodybuilders out there and I know this year,now that he has blocked out outside interference,he`ll be better than he ever has been just like he`s been since he`s been here. I`m trying to be extra nice by posting the above statements,so that Hoops will still be my friend after the gruelling dieting I`ll have him do!! LOL Stay on point brother!!

Arms and chest were toasted. Was in the mood for a little volume training today so i added some 20 reppers in there
Side note since sunday i've had a stomach virus and eating has been very little. My carbs have been below 75 all week. Today is the first day that i feel like eating and it was a low day in my cycle so i kept it there. Gutts finally feeling better to eat.
