Ahh, life is sweet when you're training is clicking! I agree with that. Just wish the elbow tendon was 100%. I can't do any dumb bell work on chest because of it.

Your a freaking animal with those workouts! How many folks at the gym you got staring at ya with shock at what your doing? There's NO doubt your turning heads... They do on leg day. People tell us we are crazy. We usually get a few people that watch our workout and just shake their heads.

Impressive workouts Eric!!!!!!!! What are the priorities for the next contest season, any muscles in particular? Thanks Mo. Trying to add a little more thickness to my tris and front/side delts so I have been hitting them twice a week. Both are coming up pretty good.

Nice training Eric.....stay on point bud!! I am totally focused on this show. This is the best I have felt in a long time with the exception of the elbow tendon. It seems to be doing better though. Just have to stay away from certain exercises till it gets better. Definitely the leanest I have ever been at this weight in the off season.

Sounds good, and I can relate to the elbow injury........my lowerback is just a complete mess!
