5 Days left to do 3 days of cardio. Ran out of time. On off days, should I do 1 hour of cardio at a slow pace?

You know that ole conversation you have with yourself at 5am. #bbarbellsmiley4dr# I get up at 5:10 to do cardio b/c my powerliftng training takes so long at the gym I do not have the time to get it in after my wo. So early am is the time I have to get it done. We can rationalize not getting up until we are blue in the face and we get nowhere, in the classic words of Nike~JUST DO IT! BTW, once you get into the groove of getting up, it will become automatic and there is less struggle.

I met a guy at one of my comps who's trainer would wake him up at 4:30 AM and have him run, while the trainer would drive his car next to him sipping a cup of java.. Sound good Big Al?

7:30 1 Scoop Xtend
8am Protein Pancakes (Learned that very high heat makes them much fluffier and better, more like real pancakes, either that or the little bit of water I added) 2 tsp NPB
11am 50 GM Protein Shake 2 tsp NPB 1 Cup Green Beans
1pm 6oz Chicken 1 Cup French Cut Green Beans 1 tsp Smart Balance (For taste) 2 tsp NPB
3pm 3/4 Cup Oats 1.5 Scoops Whey 1 Cup Skim Milk 2 tsp NPB
5pm - 1 Scoop Vitargo 2 Scoops Vasocharge 1 Scoop Xtend
5:45 (Right before Weight Workout) Living Essentials 5 Hour Energy (5 Cal)
7:30pm - Postworkout 1 Scoop Vitargo 2 Scoops Xtend 2 Scoops Whey
9:00pm - 2 Fish Fillets (32gm Protein) 1 Cup Green Beans 18 Almonds
11pm - 1 Scoop Xtend

Day 3 - Legs
Squats (Up 5lbs) 150 x 10 x 4 (Had to do 5 second pauses every 2 reps after 2nd set)
Leg Press (Up 40lbs) (Was supposed to be doing 330, but miscalculated and was too lazy to take off the extra weight) 360 x 10 x 4
Leg Extensions (Up 5lbs) 110 x 10 x 4
Leg Curl (Wrote down same weight for some stupid reason) 95 x 10 x 4
Seated Calves (Wrote down same weight for some stupid reason) 275 x 10 x 4
** Results - Wet noodle legs **
I think that 5 Hour Energy Nip helps. I notice that I definately less depleted, albeit with DB Rows yesterday I ran out of gas. I felt best with the 6 hour one though, which has twice the caffeine.
So far so good with everything. Not having any urges, and getting into a rythym.
Question: Would it be best to do HIT on my cheat meal day or does it not matter either way?

Looking GREAT Al!!! Seriously! I am impressed. All good except where you forgot to increase weights!! I do like the extra weight on the leg press though HIT should be done on off days for now.
