alex's side tri is great ...other then that theres nothing there ....he looked great when his pecs ware ok ...but he tore both his pecs a tri and a lat

I agree bro,his side tricep is great but that`s the only impressive shot and even IT looked better last year.
He`s overhyped and I seriously beleive he blew his wad by getting big too soon via massive drug use.
We`ll see,but I doubt if he is any threat in future shows and some of his Russian teamates looked far better.

I've seen other competition photos of Mike Sheridan and was always impressed with him. Conditioning was
outstanding; hard and dry.
Mike did qualify for the 05 O since the Russian who was 3rd still is an amateur. Well deserved.
