Your abs are great. Have you ever had your fat level tested? What's your contest weight? How tall are you?

Your abs are great. Have you ever had your fat level tested? What's your contest weight? How tall are you? Thanks Rich.........IFBB pro, and my buddy Dave Mastorakis, "guesstimated" that I was around 3%BF in those pics....I only weighed 153 at 5'8"..........I know I was under 5%! I`m now up to around 190, and hope to come in at 170 or more, with the same conditioning......the most I have ever weighed onstage is 163, so I think I can do it after a 15 month bulk.....something I have never really done before.

Hey Tim, late as alway ;D...
Phenomenal shots man!! As I said before, the term "sliced and diced" doesn't do justice. Incredible!!
Can't wait to see the results this year!

Tim, I'm 5'8" 187 right now. I don't compete but I would like to get down to 170 for summer. That's awesome definition. I feel I have great dedication toward training. I'm lacking on the diet end.

Tim, Is Dave still training? I still have articles about him that I cut of magazines. He was one of the first guys I ever heard of that used one work set per exercise. Kids today think Dorian Yates came up with that.

Rich, the last I heard,Dave was in training for the Masters Natural Olympia, but tore cartilidge or a ligament in his knee.
I have to give him a call,it`s been a while since I`ve talked to him.
He trained extremely heavy and brief, for many years, and probably made his best gains ever training in this fashion.

Don`t forget Rich,I`m only 153 in these shots.......I have competed, and did quite well at 163 .....I was cut up,but not quite this shredded.
I have given myself more diet time this year, so I hope to duplicate this condition at 170, without sacrificing too much size......it`ll be tough, but I`ll do all I can to do it.

You made me rethink the weight issue. Even in my late 40's I still always think size. It's conditioning that impresses.
A lot of guys carry a lot of weight but how much of it is lean weight? Some guys look good in clothes but without the shirt you can see that the emperor has no clothes. Franco Columbo made that comment when he came to America. He said one of his early contests he saw all the guys back stage in sweats and street clothes. He said they all looked huge. When they stripped down he said they all looked fat or like chickens.

Rich,in the Masters Over-40 age group, where most of the contestants are usually lumped together in one big class regardless of bodyweight,I have beaten a ton of guy`s that have outweighed me by 50-70 pounds.........on the flip side,I have been beaten by bigger guy`s who are carrying visible fat ,which I think is just outright wrong. In a contest you should always be more concerned about a guy whose face look`s drawn and he has a deprived look in his eyes, regardless of his size,as he is more than likely in great condition!! Now if a guy has this look and is huge to boot.......you`re in trouble!!
