Steve,your back looks great, but 3 weeks is not a whole lot of time.
Growth comes in spurts, and you just went through one to get your back development to this point..........it has improved immensely......big difference from the before picture.
Just like the guy who weighs himself daily and sees all the ups and downs in weight because of fluctuations,and becomes discouraged...........be patient and consistant,and changes will appear.

You look great Hoopie! I know its hard to be patient but Tim is right, growth does come in spurts. Keep it up!

thanks guys. I think what i thought i would see more of is definiton and cut compared to last photo 3 weeks ago. Not really size. However now that i look more i do see that my wastre is tighter than before. I just htought i would see more in my back....

I also have to ask,have you made gains in other areas of your physique......probably so!! Keep pumping,and stay positive!! Tim its hard to say. this is the only pick that I can compare with. Now i did do some full range pics 3 weeks ago however after i did this and looked at it i felt it would be a waste of time to do the rest. So i am going to wait 2-3 more weeks before i do the full range pics. I have gotten a lot of complaments dont get me wrong. However when i look at photos i think that i should be further along in my cut and start second guessing myself as to what i might be doing wrong... |

The back looks great either way. You have done alot since those before pictures. If you are not satisfied, tweak something and check again in a week or two.
