I am here to give a shout out to all those who know me and to support my main man ski's site! Let's rock tha house. ;D  check it! Sorry I am still wound up from a brutal ass kicking back bi abs neck forearm rear delts trapz finger extensor forearm low back inner back etc... OK so I did Back bi's and abs...everything else above was covered though!  ;D |
