Here's a little background I'm 5'2 122.5lb and my bf is 19.4% I would LOVE to get down to 115 or anywhere under 120 but i really can't complain this time last year i weighed 137 so stop bit*hing right First and formost i'm a runner. I've been running for almost 2 and a half years. I have run one half marathon and a ton of 5-10k's. I adverage about 30-40 miles a week. I do love lifting it has helped me go from 137 to where i am now. My main problem is my tummy. About 3 and a half years a go i weighed 220 so i have a bit of excess fat that i fear will never go away. It has tighted up a bit since my BF has went down.
Most weeks my workouts look like this Mon- running-5-7 miles Tues- running 4 -5 miles-weights/abs Wed-running-5-7 miles-i take every other wed off Thurs-running 4-5 miles-weights/abs Friday-running-5-7 miles Sat-either running or off day depending on if this is the week i take the Wed off Sun- Weights
