I think we keep each other motivated!! House hunting was fun, but no good finds yet. It can take a while. I worked all day today so LEGS are tommorow. Good luck with Chris and the house hunting. What's the market like up there? Still high priced? Thanks Blade!! I KNOW. Eric is not sure what the story is. Not promising I think. The market is ridiculously high, but Chris and I only want a small house and school district is not an issue, so hopefully we can get something nice and not TOO crazy.

Great workout back in the saddle again. House hunting oooh what fun just make sure that you think it over and see alot of homes. Smiles s It is fun!!!! We are definitely going to take our time, no rush for us. Yup I am back in the saddle again. Feeling good!!! ;D ;D

You must have felt strong...DANG...... kick butt leg workout!!!!! Stiff leg dead lifts were AWESOME today!!!! We do the same weight for calves...LOVIN' IT!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING WORKOUT!!!!!! #bbravosmiley8hh# I am so sorry mother nature arrived at the gym...that STINKS!!!

Thank you, thank you!! I was pretty pleased myself except with the last set of leg presses. I should have been able to do 7 at 360, but it was not happening. Hammies and glutes are sore today.

Have you ever tried walking lunges on the treadmill? Set it to a low slow incline,25 reps each leg,5 mins power walk on high incline,25 reps each leg(as you started with) then another 5 min walk. You will be VERY sore the next day! #arollseyes3zc#

Actually I have done a very similar type of workout in the past and YES I was very sore. I am even MORE sore today, I was hobbling around like a cripple. Argh and I have HEAVY deadlifts tommorow, my tush is already crying.

POWER week started today DELTS/TRIS/ABS -SINGLE ARM DUMBELL PRESS...3 X 4-6 30x6 each arm x 3 sets -SINGLE ARM SIDE LATERAL...3 X 4-6 12x6 x 3 sets -SHOULDER WIDTH GRIP CABLE UPRIGHT ROW...2 X 4-6 100x6,100x5 -V BAR PRESSDOWN...2 X 4-6 70x6,100x6,100x6 did not count first set..way too light -2 ARM OVERHEAD DUMBELL EXT...2 X 4-6 50x6,50x6 -SMITH CG BENCH PRESS...2 X 4-6 95x6,95x5 -ABS kneeling rope crunches 120x15,130x15,130x15 seated weighted crunches 50x15x 3 sets I felt strong tonight and was happy with my weights, still don't feel good doing side laterals with 15s, I COULD, but form would be poor. Tommorow's wo is KILLER

I can see you felt strong tonight....EXCELLENT WO!!!! What do you mean by the side laterals do not feel good? Does it hurt when you do those? Your upright rows and DB presses are VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! ;D ;D
How has your work week gone since being back from vacation? Looking at houses this week?

I meant that with 15s I feel my form suffers a bit, I prefer to use lighter wieghts and not momentum. I tend to swing a bit with the heavier weights. House hunting has been mostly online this week, seeing all kinds of cute houses. But we have to put our townhouse up for sale and sell it before we can seriously look. It is fun though. My work week has been LONG!! I had to work last Sunday so this is really my Friday. How about you?? Any plans for the weekend?

Its been quite a while since we have done this I am sooooo excited, last time I was just coming off the bulking so I still weighed in very heavy. Form is very important on those. I have seen people really swing the weight doing those and after their set they are grabbing their shoulders in pain. Makes no sense to me. What kind of house are you guys looking for-2 story-ranch-cape cod style?It is sooo nice to have the internet to use for house hunting. I did that when we were looking for our house. At least today is your friday!!! I have one more day! No patients though so it will be a breeze of a day. Fun with the kids this weekend. WO tomorrow night!!! Legs and arms...gonna try squats again.

Have at least 2 drinks for me!!! and Kari we want something small 2 bedrooms, nice property (for our dogs), nothing crazy.
