Humm, not sure what happened but I'm not gonna complain. No pain last night but I just couldn't sleep...too much on my mind I guess. But I still had a GREAT workout Pull Ups 5@BWx5 Deadlifts 12@100x3 BB Rows 12@60x3 NG Pulldowns 12@80x2 BB Curls 5@45, 6@45 Preacher Curls (e-z bar) 12@30x2,10@30 Incline Crunches/Lying Leg Raises 15@25lb/15@5lb x3 30 min treadmill 12 incline / 4.5 speed last 3 min 15/5 Wasn't sure how to show it but I think this might work. Anything in Italics is done with a 10 sec rest between each rep and then a 20 sec rest between sets except the pull ups, still need a 60 sec rest there . Off to shower, eat and work. Have a wonderful day You had more than a great wo you had an AWESOME WO!!!!! 10 second rest in between some sets.....DANG!!!!! I bet you are wiped!!!! LOVIN' IT!!!! Who cares if you had 60 second rest for pullups....point is ........ YOU ARE DOING PULL UPS......COOL!!!!!! #thumbsupsmileyanim9lp# I hope you sleep better tonight...that always stinks!!!!!

Thats great to hear the pain meds are kicking in more Tiff-you are still training strong despite it,now THAT impresses me ALOT!!!

I think it's a love/hate relationship. Dips are coming along nicely but I still struggle with those pull ups. Cardio only today. 10 laps at the track then some step ups using the bench of a pic nic table then finished off with some steps at the baseball stadium. Hope everyone stayed cool today, it was a hot one, even at 5 am I was sweating buckets

I am sooooo pumped this morning. By the wo you had I can certainly tell you were PUMPED.....DANG!!!! You had a STRONG wo Tiff!!!!! Bench press 105x3......truly IMPRESSIVE!!!!! #antbicepcurlsmdclr9dn# I need to stay on track to keep up with you all!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yeah,I have to agree with Karrie-thats an impressive bench Tiff! I think my max is only about 80lb! sounds like you are getting nice and fit with the short rest between sets....great stuff

Funny thing is, I didn't even realize how much I was doing until I was finished. Although lack of sleep didn't affect my work out it must have affected my brain power cause I didn't add the plates right and I thought I was only doing 95lb. When I was putting the plates away I discovered my mistake and was flying high for the rest of the day.
Cardio only today, 30 min treadmill 12 incline / 4.7 speed
Major thunderstorms last night but no drop in the temp and still so humid, heats been getting to me so went to the air conditioned gym instead of track. Cant wait till it cools down.

When do we get some pics Tiff? hehe...well we have to talk to the man about that one. I dont have a camera and even if I did, no computer skills so I have no idea how to post them if I did have any. But since visits are few and far between, there is usually not much time for picture taking. Besides, I still have no clue on how to pose and no luck finding someone who will actually help me, lots of offers, but no commitment.

Fridays are my day off from work and leg day. I usually sleep in, therefore fall behind on meals and was having a hard time getting a good pump on leg day. Changed things around a bit today. Got up, had some oatmeal, did a bit of work around the house, then had my pre work out shake and hit the gym. I LIKE IT I LIKE IT!!!! Squats 12@105x3,12@110,12@115,12@120 Leg Press 15@180x2,15@185 (hey Sapphire, I had the leg press incident heehe) Iso Leg Extensions (HS) 15@22.5x2,13@22.5 Iso Leg Curls (HS) 15@25x2,14@25 HS Horizontal Calf Press 15@270x3 xreps on last set 20 mins abs using exercise ball Left hip isn't hurting like it was but it is still affecting my works outs. I have to start with left leg when doing extensions and curls, go to fatigue but when I do the right side, I could do more but stop so I dont work out legs unevenly Cardio will be cutting the grass and garden work. Taking the kids to Ontario Place tomorrow with my sister, brother and their families. Will hit the gym early for my assist day then all the walking and running around at the water park will be my cardio. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I will work on Troy and also try to get a hold of my brother or dad to see how the pics they took at the reunion turned out. Had a great weekend!! Saw Troy Friday night and went tot he gym in the morning with him then spent the day with my family. Went to Ontario Place and it was Caribana weekend in Toronto and the parade, which started at 10am and didn't finish until 5pm, runs right by the park. It was great, spent most of the time at the water park and the adventure play area and whenever I got tired I found a shady spot on the hill and watched all the amazing floats and listened to the bands. Weather was great!!! Heat wave had finally broke, it was sunny with a nice breeze. The perfect day but it was a long day, thank goodness today's a rest day so I was able to sleep in before getting up for work!!
