I'm back so now I get to comment on your pics! You have defniitely lost off your upper body-i can see round the top of your ribs-GREAT Are you 'enjoying' your cardio?? Excellent news on the townhouse-I will be in touch soon as I have to book my trip next month Can't wait to meet you and Chris!

Thanks Beckie... I am def leaning out...slowly but surely. Clothing is looser and weight is dropping. I have 12 week left of this cut. Doing Power legs today. That should be fun on 40 grams of carbs. Monday Meal 1 oatmeal/protein powder Meal 2 oatmeal/can of tuna Meal 3 egg white/ veggie omelet Meal 4 protein shake 10 almonds Meal 5 PWO Rice cakes chciken sauage/egg whites/spinach Meal 6 protein shake

Your legs will take a little longer since us women tend to hold our "fat" there. Great progress so far!! #bconfetti2sq# #smileycheeleader9un# I met Eric at the Arnold yesterday. NICE guy!!! you will be fine! As Karrie said legs take a bit longer so make sure you keep up the intensity when you train them-even on 40g carbs! #ainsane1rk# Who will be helping you with posing for the show?

Great!! We had a great power leg wo Monday and started RR week TUESDAY with chest and tris!! Legs are killing me!! Tommorow is back and quads. I am starting to see vascularity in arms!!!!! Look at this.. !!!!!!

Hey Sapphire, looks like things are on track, your pics are showing your progress well. Keep up with that cardio no matter how much you hate it and those abs will show soon enough.

Thanks Tim and Tiff!!! I am doing my cardio, even though I hate it. I don't see too much progress this week. I will post my weekly pics tommorow. I guess some changes are going to have to be made for next week. Oh man I can just imagine what Eric is gong to do. ;D I have 2 rough weekends coming up, this Saturday is my sister's bday party and next weekend is a St Pat's party. I can do it though. I think. Diet is always the same, no sense posting it. Wo for tonight is -ONE ARM DB ROW...3 X 7-9 -STIFF ARM PULLDOWN...2 X 16-20 -WG PULLDOWN TO UPPER CHEST...3 X 13-15 -UNDERHAND GRIP SEATED CABLE ROW...2 X 10-12 -SL DEADLIFT...3 X 7-9 -LEG EXTENSION...2 X 16-20 -SMITH SPLIT SQUATS...1 X 13-15, 1 X 10-12 My legs are still sore from SUNDAY!!!
