I just want to let you know that we have another pro athlete here on WOTW!!! #wotwnumerounoun4# Marie-Eve won the Fitness overall yesterday at the FAME Canada show in Montreal which gave her a FAME/WNSO Fitness pro status! It still amazes me when I think about what she has done to achieve her fitness dream: She has been dieting for this show since last September!!! Has done cardio every morning since January!!! And I'm not talking about the many routine practices and intense workouts! All that, while taking care of her fiancée day after day  Marie is not always at ease posting because of the language barrier, but she truly appreciates reading here on WOTW... and I know that she is currently working on a little resume of the show and she'll post it later (With maybe a stage shots and her routine video)! Bravo Marie! Je t'aime!!!  |

Hi everyone, Thanks Mo for the kind words... and for spending this very special contest day with me yesterday (and what a long day: 7h30 am to 11h30 pm). The fitness girls were very supportive of each other. Mo was very busy helping beginners who had a lot of questions... At night, before the awards presentation, I was already extremely satisfied because whatever the results was about to be, I was pretty sure that I had performed my routine the best I could have possibly done. But I must admit that I'm very happy about the PRO CARD!!! Next objective: Perform next week at the Muscle Mania fitness atlantic! M-Eve |

WOW! Marie-Eve....YOU GO GIRL!!!! Very proud of both of you for ALL your accomplishments. It is always heart warming to see people (especially a couple) working so hard to maintain their health and embrace this lifestyle. You are also a great example to others, especially the next (younger) generation. I know you will be very focused on your next contest, but make sure you take a few moments to enjoy and reflect on your hard work and accomplishments. You BOTH have worked very hard. Make sure you have FUN on the journey too!  Again, VERY VERY PROUD of both of you! Mo, hold on to this girl. She's a "keeper!" ;D |

Thanks a lot everyone!
I am still on the adrenalin of the show... It was the first time that my family and friends came to see me on stage.
It will be incredible next June 15th to take part of the WNSO show with the fitness PRO athletes which I admire since many years. Until this event...I have fun in the gym and in my gymnastic practices...

Eh bien, ci Marie Eve pense qu'elle as des difficultes en englais, je vas essayer de faire une poste en francais. Mais excusez-moi SVP - je n'as pas parler francais par beaucoup des annes (29, en actuallement), et je pense que c'etait tres mal.
Felicitations Marie-Eve! La video est fantastique. Peut-etre je viendrai vous vois la fois prochaine que vous concurrencez - et Mo, toi aussi! Est-ce qu'il ya un evenement a Toronto bientot?
Une question pour Marie-Eve. Pourquoi vous avez choisir une costume qui couvert votre calves (pardon - je ne connait pas le mot en francais)? Ils sont vos meilleurs muscles!

Thank you... WOW... I was already motivated for the next competitions... but with all these words of support and encouragements, I want to return to the gym a second time today... Randy and Jen: Can't wait to see you this week!!! ;D Rich: I think that your french is better than my English! Where did you learn french?
