Thanks a lot guys. Still want to tighten the lower back up some although I think that will come when I manipulate the water the last week.

Those are simply unbelievable. They're killing me! And that rear lat spread!! I'm not bs'ing when I say the first thing I thought of (after I stopped hiding in fear under the table  ) was that you look like Dorian in that pic. What size is your waist right now? |

Not sure about Dorian but I appreciate it. Not sure what my waist is now. I dropped 4 holes on my belt and each hole is an inch. I would probably guess around 32 or 33. |

I am dry running the final week starting this Sunday. I am going to deplete for 3.5 days and then carb up for 3.5 days. There are a few things I have wanted to try for the last two years but was afraid to blow the contest. This is a perfect time to do it. I will get pictures next Saturday which would be like the morning of the contest. |
