I've got Cory doing the Cut diet, 2250 cal. right now. Its basically what he was already doing except instead of full day carb loads he just does a carb meal every 18 meals or every 3 days. His weight is hanging around 188-190 range. If he doesn't look different whey I see him tomorrow I'm going to have him drop down to 2000 cal. Adding the fats to each meal seems to have helped with the hunger and weakness he was experiencing.
