Well i had my weight loss goal set at 180 by the end of Jan. Got on the scale and i missed it by 2.5 lbs. Weighed 182.5. Cant complain to much as the goal was set a touch higher than it should of been probably. So with that said my new goal is to be under 175 by the end of Feb. So diet hard and cardio harder and train till i puke!!!!!!

Well Steve, puking is one way to lose weight...ask Kate Moss, etc. but not optimum training for us! I only came close to that twice. The first time training with Mike Davies in Columbus. It was a leg workout, and after presses, squats and a few other things...we were doing walking lunges across and back of World Gym, with 50 lb. db's. I was done in and had to excuse myself to splash cold water on my face and lay across the bench in the rest room. The 2nd time was in my own gym supersetting step-ups with 35 DB's with Leg presses...went outsdie for fresh air and almost didn't make it back in! There are people out there who never get their butts off the couch buddy! We just gotta keep ours moving! Train hard my friend...175 is a piece of cake......oops sorry...175 is a can of tuna! On an aside, I lost two pounds this week

I've never puked, nor really gotten close to doing so, while training at the gym.
