Monday March 31st. Chest,Abs,Cardio:Chest:Dumbell Inclines: 50-15 60-10 75-8 60-12 Elbow is getting stronger.
I have a lot more power than this shows but at times during the set,it feels like my grip is gonna` die and I`m gonna` drop the weight on my pretty face!! Gotta` take it slow,but this is a lot more than I`ve used thus far.Flyes: 40-15 50-10 60-8 40-12 Crossovers: 4 plates-3 x 15 3 plates-1 x 20 Cybex Seated Bench Machine: 1 x 20 with 7 plates Abs:Crunches: 5 sets (20-30 seconds rest between sets.........makes it hurt!!) Cardio:30 minutes on eliptical/stepper machine

Ebow is slowly getting stronger......a while back,a could use nowhere near even these light poundages..very depressing,but on the comeback trail!!
