This is crazy Carl!!! I'm soooo happy for you! Your physique was outstanding... And you did improve a lot since your last show! It's incredible how little adjustments in your prep can make a difference!
I've met you here couple of years ago Carl and it has been great to fallow your evolution... You're a great man: well deserved success!!!

Way to go Carl ! You look great! Keep up the good work! What's next on your agenda? What did you think of your physique? What did you think your strong and weak points were? What is your plan to work on those things? How was the pre-contest diet? Starving for input ! I am VERY happy with the gains I have made in my legs and lower back over the past 18 months. The weak point would have been how "hard" I looked. I'm sure I can come in much better with little tweeking of my water/carbs the day before. As I said before I have NO nutritionalist, NO posing coach, NO etc... I'm doing this all on my own. Plan on workimg on tha water/carb thing for the next show. Maybe the Masters Nationals in July?!?!?!? We'll see, I have a lot to think about in the next week. Pre contest diet was just fine. I kept it as my normal low carb. I feel great and have much energy with the low carb so it was not really that bad for me. Thanks for the support everyone!!!!!!!

What's next on your agenda? Someone has agreed to help me with altering my diet a little free of charge. As I have always been on my own without any help. He didn't have to make too many changes. He did give me a list of extra supplements to add to what I was doing as well. I'll be Putting in the order this weekend. I had the basics covered. He just feels a few others will help me that much more. I guess I knew more than I thought on this and diet. Now my biggest downfall.... My water retention the last week. He is going to help me with this as well. We feel with my size and previous conditioning I can tighten up enough and do well in the..... Masters Nationals. 99 days away. I'm going for it!!!!!!
