Doing GREAT, Joel!! 11wks will go by in NO TIME! I'm assuming you'll be a Light Heavy this year? How tall are you? Oh, and one other question: What are pinwheels? Yeah, I'm on track right now. I'm about 10lbs. over my usual contest wt. I'm a little over 5'10". The Master's division usually dosen't have wt. classes but in the open I'll definitely be lt. heavy.

Congrats on the Anniversary. As hard as Bodybuilding can be , Marriages can be equally challenging. How many years ? and I am VERY curious to see how you with come in this year with the new approach.. my GUT feeling is a somewhat bigger and denser with equally good, if not slightly better definition..

Been married 13 years! Tina's the one for me! Contest prep seems to be right on schedule. I feel much better on this version of a low carb diet. I think its the higher fat intake and as an added side effect I really believe the high intake of EFA's have significantly reduced inflammation in my joints overall. I feel great with plenty of energy and little to no hunger! Hope you're right about coming in bigger and harder, James! We'll see!

Feeling the diet today! incline barbell 230x10,3,2 rp chest stretch 50x60 sec. pbn (Smith) 115x7,3,2 rp delt stretch bdwt x 70 sec. cgbp (Smith) 165x12,4,2 rp tricep stretch 50x 65 sec. rack chins 60x12,6,4 rp deadlifts (from floor) 410x8,440x4 width stretch 50x60 thickness stretch bdwt. x 60 Kicked my butt today! I was gassed by the time I got to deads! Good workout though, I definitely felt all the target muscles being worked. Diet is still the same at 2500 cal. Going on vacation the end of this week, leaving Thursday evening and staying until the following Saturday. Orange Beach on the Alabama gulf coast next to Gulf Shores. I'll train and diet the same while I there, get plenty of cardio running and walking on the beach! Cardio today was an hr. brisk walk with Tina in our neighborhood. I rode my mountain bike for about an hr. yesterday sprinting the hills pretty hard, could be the reason my workout suffered somewhat today.

barbell curl 140x10,4,3 17rp hammer curl 55x12 ss bicep stretch bdwt. x 60 sec. rotary calf 200x12 (ouch!) sldl 365x10,385x6 leg press (leverage) 760x12,810x8,400x20 ham stretch 145x60 quad stretch bdwt. x 120 sec. Good workout today, I beat the logbook on everything except sldl. I'm going to try to beat it every workout but if I don't I'm not going to worry too much about while on the low carbs. I added a set of leg press and sldl just because I want to make sure I'm getting enough work. The widow maker set is kicking my butt! Not that the weight feels heavy, I'm not used to doing 20 reps! Did an hour of mountain bike yesterday instead of 40 min. of boring treadmill! We've been having unseasonalbly great weather. bdwt. 202, starting to get the "look". I'm off to Orange Beach tomorrow so if I don't get a chance to post I'll see you guys in a week!
