WENT UP AGAIN ON LEG PRESS...I AM THRILLED! Leg press: 320x10; 340x8x6- ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Leg ext: 100x8x8x8 Seated leg curls: 80x10; 90x8x6 One leg-leg curl: 30x8x8x6
Bi's: Hammer curls: 25x10; 30x8; 35x6 Concentration curls: 17.5x8x6x6
Tri's CG presses: 70x8x8x6 two arm over head ext: 40x8; 45x6x6
ABS, cardio-did 30 min in morning and then 30 min after wo.

Hey karrie - how's it going? My life has been INSANELY busy! Mainly work is just CRAZY and that is where I have done ALOT of my posting in the past. Also my daughter just finished her first season of soccer so that took Thursday's out and Sat mornings were out b/c she had her games. I am going to start posting workouts again b/c they have been AWESOME and strong! My arms and shoulders have put some size on......from the powerlifting training. I am hoping to do another meet in the fall but I have not been able to hook up with my trainer b/c of my schedule not his.

Thanks Beckie! I am glad things are slowing down a bit here at work. I have been going in early and staying late and I only work 4 days a weeks, so for me to complain means we are BUSY!

Now that life is slowing down a bit I am back to posting. Been dieting and have lost about 10lbs or so, but I have put on muscle over the last year so I cannot go by the scale b/c it is higher than my brain would like but the cuts are in my arms, a bit on the legs, calves and of course my abs look good and hard Last night legs: Leg press: 340-8x8x6....my goal is to get 4-45lb plates on each side and I am 20lbs away...hoepfully by the end of summer. Leg ext: 90x8x8x6 leg curls: 70x8x8x8 Split squats: 55lb db: 8x8x8 Shoulders: Arnold presses: 25lb db's-8x8x6 Up right BB rows: 60lb bb: 8x6x6 front lat raises: 20lb db's: 8x6x6 rear delts on peck deck: 8x8x8 ABS Great workout. Cardio today. Working out Friday but need to fit in another day this week, unsure what day yet.

Good to be back posting. Work has been stressful and very busy so I glad it has slowed down.
My workout have been EXCELLENT it is just trying to get in there 3 days has been rough lately. Yes, I would love to shoot for a meet in the fall. I told Greg I would call him one day this week.

Thank you! I have been really trying to get stronger on this exercise! I have bad knees so it took me a long time to find a leg stance that is comfortable. Last night back and chest and I am sore! today! WG pull downs: 60x10, 70x8x8 CG pull downs: 70x8x8x8 Db rows: 35lb db'sx10; 40x8x6 Chest: incline db press: 25lb db'sx10, 30x8x8 flat db's: 30x8x8x8 incline peck deck-went up to four platesx8x8x6 ABS and cardio. Tomorrow arms, abs and cardio.

Taking the week off of training so far. I have a really bad cold. I had to take off work on Monday. Hoping to get in an arm workout on Friday it just depends on how I feel.

Tonight, FINALLY, getting back to the gym! But of course our last patient is here LATE so I will get out late, hit the gym late and then get home late....can people ever be on time, especially bc the office I work at we run on time 90% of the time! Anyway, bi's and tri's tonight.
