Defiantly going to cut back on carbs again. As crazy as it may sound, I feel MUCH better with NO carbs. Right now I feel bloated, fat and gross!! Carbs do NOT help my strength or physique at all! Just the pre and post carbs are having negative effects on me. Oh well. Gave it a shot.

10/16/09 Ok, I lied. I am going to give carbs one more shot. I will try 2 things. One is HydroxyCut 7 day cleanse which I am due for anyway. The other is increasing the volume and intensity of my training a bit to create a greater need for more glycogen replenishment. We'll see... 1) 1/2 cup egg whites + 5 whole eggs 2) egg white omlette w/ spinach, feta, black olives, tomato, mushroom + Dry wheat toast + Lacey potatos + 2 slabs Cinnimon Vanilla French toast "POWER - BACK & TRAPS" Chins w/ FAT GRIPS (What a difference this makes!) BW x 10 BW x 8 BW x 6 BW x 6 Chest suport T bar row 160 x 6 160 x 5 160 x 4 + 2 Forced Rack Deads 425 x 6 435 x 6 440 x 6 445 x 6 BB shrugs 405 x 6 455 x 6 DB shrug w/ 3 second hold squeeze at top 125 x 6 135 x 6 Cable rope crunch 150 x 10 165 x 10 180 x 10 OUCH! 3) 2 scoops whey in water + 3/4 cup oats + 2 Tblspn Raisins + 1 Tblspn SB + 1 Tblspn AB + cinnimon + Splenda + 1 cup SB Lactaid milk. 4) Pro + Fat + Veggie 5) Pro + Fat + Fruit 6) Out to dinner. Italian. Not sure yet......

I'm going to go with what Scivation recommends in their Lifestyle diet. Eat most of my carbs early in the day and taper off after 3:00. I think Dante recommends carb cut offs as well. I did this more or less in 07 and I stayed a lot leaner that year. I've used pre and post carbs for several years but honestly I think it just makes me store fat. All I'm going to use in the future is Vaso Charge/Xtend for my pre and post workout needs!
