OMG is right.
ALWAYS sad to hear of someone dying so young and abruptly.
Native Americans beleive that we walk with one foot in this world , and one foot in the spirit world. When we die, we step over into the spirit world, and continue our journey there.
I pray that Jeremy is at peace, and is lifitng away on the other side. You got the Creator "spotting" you now . . so go for it Bro.
Prayers to all his family and friends.
Peace my brother . . . we'll meet again.
Frank

For those who did not know Jeremy, he was just fantastic...a great person and an amazing trainer. I only worked with him for 2 months until his passing, but we had a hell of a lot of fun! He had a great sense of humor and I will miss him as my trainer and as a friend..he gave me extra training sessions for free just b/c we had so much fun working out together.
I know a little of the details of his passing, but I don't think that his family wants that information made public, so I will respect their wishes and just remember Jeremy as a great person and trainer. I'm just sad that I only got to know him for 2 months. I was looking forward to knowing and training with him for a long time to come

So sorry to hear this!
Didn't know him much, but had the chance to exchange bodybuilding point of view with him. Only remember good things about him...
May he rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to his family and friends. I only knew him from the boards, but he was one of the guys I respected most here and other boards where he posted. What a shock. He was too young.

Super post, Vince. Sad that we have to lose someone to place our lives in perspective. And he was too young.
I'm trying to console myself that he is in a better place and in peace now. Will miss him.

Great post Vince. It is unfortunate but too many times we lose people in our lives in order to gain the right perspective again, Just like Gerry said. I just try to remember every day to hug and kiss the kids and Terry as though I may not come back again bc no one knows what will happen in the day.

Amen, Karrie. Life is way too short. Spoke to my wife and son on the phone before they were ready to leave her mom's house. Last words I said to them were "Love you both, see you later." Never saw them again.
Take nothing for granted. Wishing Jeremy's family peace and eventual closure. They will need to draw on each other's strength.

First time back to the site in awhile and seeing this....
Totally at a loss for words, what an awful tragedy.
Rest in peace, my friend.

Today would have been Jeremy's birthday. Sure that this is a difficult day for the family.
Know you are in peace, good friend. Will light a candle for you in church this weekend.
