BK~ NICE job. I'm sorry but when I first read "11 platesx12", I'd swear it said "platesex"...and was trying to figure out what the heck you were doing LOL! Good job on those box squats. Make sure you to to a stop on the box, and engage your glutes and hip flexers. Explode off the box. Sorry...my 2 cents Keep up the great work Bro! ;D
