here is my diet for now it will change soon, but it stays the same day in day out so i only will post it when it changes,cause I am lazy when it comes to this..lol meal 1 4oz steak 3 egg whites,cup of oatmeal meal 2 5oz chicken 1 cup rice meal 3 4oz ground beef 6oz potatoe meal 4 6oz tuna 1cup brown rice meal 5 4 oz chicken breast half cup rice meal 6 protein shake work out today will be, ham, calves, arms.

I had the day off so i didnt do to much. hams 6 sets of leg curls 6 sets of stiff leg dead lifts arms e-z bar curls 5 sets isolation curls 5 sets skull crushers 5 sets dumbell kick backs 4 sets this is a light day workout it is extra to pick up on lagging body parts. I do this every thursday jus mix up some exerscise

2-12 had a fairly easy day at work. I dont work out on fridays. my diet is still listed as previous.

Did the home training thing for awhile but i am just too limited on space. I do have a treadmill in my TV room that I hit every morning. We belong to two gyms, and I like the energy of the gym environment (All the spandex doesn't hurt either ) Between the two, we have everything you can ever imagine. Whatever it takes to "git er done"!

Feb 13 diet is same as posted, I did legs today.. was a good workout lots of energy squats 6 working sets 10,10,10,8,8,8 lunges 4 sets 10,10,10,10 stiff leg dead lifts 5 sets 12 12 10 10 10 10 standing calve raises 4 sets 15 15 12 10 leg press calve raises 4 set

Feb 15 back i did all hammer strength for my back this week. i rotate from week to week from free weight to hammer strength. This time i didnt feel it like i normally do, i usally get a good pump. feb16 day off due to my work scheldue tuesdays is rough for me since i do a split shift.

2-19 Seems like i dont have enough time. when i am ready for gym my wife works late and i have to wait around till she gets there. I am a time freak and when I say a certain time and it dont happen i get pissy. ugh so this workout sucked shoulder hammer strength shoulder press 5x 10 10 10 5 5 lateral raises 5x 12 12 12 10 10 bi's dumbell curls 5x 10 10 8 8 8 hammer curls 5x 10 8 8 6 6 reverse barbell curl 3 x 10 10 10 20 min cardio I am still pissed about such a sh*tty workout seems like this whole week was bad.

2-20 quads squats 8 x 15 15 15 12 12 12 8 8 leg extensions 8 x 15 15 15 12 12 8 8 8 lunges 2 10 10 was not into lifting heavy today..my joints werent feeling strong so i kept it kinda lite..i supersetted squats and extensions was still an exhausting workout

2-22 chest incline bench 8x12 12 12 12 10 10 8 8 flat flyes 4 12 12 12 12 flat bench 4x 12 12 10 10 another day i knew my body wasnt going to do well under heavier weight..I am under alot of stress lately but i am sure everyone else are also, so that is no excuse. diet is still the same so no changes there

2-23 back bent over rows 8x 12 12 12 12 10 10 8 8 seated rows 8x 10 10 10 10 8 8 6 6 was a light day again. I think the stress of this weekend has got me down. My wife lost her gram saturday night and she has been taking it hard. I feel guilty lifting i feel i should be with her...but i do need to train and she understands that i hope

dont know why but i got sick with the extensions..lol i couldnt walk right my legs were so pumped and numb a good feeling. diet is still the same
