After last years hard times- including slow economic times in Arizona, a disastrous move to SC to work for Defendis- and not get paid squat, and a move back to my wife's hometown of Omaha where I lost even more ground, not even having agym to train at for the first two months til we started getting back on our feet, and which saw me slip to a horribly fat 244 lbs, I have put in about 8 weeks of training and am starting to regain some of my form -- Deadlift nearing 500 again, bent rows back up 405 for reps, shrugs back up to 585, new Hammer Behind press mark with 3 plates a side, hammer curls with 120's for a few ......strength coming back faster now, Bodyweight in low to mid 250's- and the strongest thing I am taking is creatine- so far so good- and all this on less than 3 hours of weekly training!!

James is tough period! Most folks would've given up after all he's been though this past year. No doubt he will be back to form soon. So glad things have stabilized for him!
