Hey, I've got some junk in the trunk("squatter's butt, you know" ;D), but I've never once, in all my years of training, ripped my undies. Maybe I'm not intense enough? I wonder if Tom Platz ever ripped his?

Hey, I've got some junk in the trunk("squatter's butt, you know" ;D), but I've never once, in all my years of training, ripped my undies. Maybe I'm not intense enough? I wonder if Tom Platz ever ripped his? Me neither. I think he's pulling the undies over our eyes.

Here are your options, Max:
1. Bigger underwear, or else stretchies (maybe yours are too tight?) 2. Thong underwear (butt floss!!) 3. No underwear (I prefer this one for myself, not only on squat day! ;D)

Just keep in mind, if you've never worn thongs before, it'll take you 3 or 4 days to get used to it, and stop wanting to constantly pull your underwear out of your crack!

i don't know anything about tearing underwear from squats, lol, this is the first i've ever heard of it actually happening...now, SKID MARKS are a whole nother story that occurs all too often!
