I'm not very happy with my current bodyfat level. I admit I haven't been eating very strictly, which is something common when I'm bulking. Lots of carbs, sugars, etc.
I wouldn't mind cutting EXCEPT I'm on a roll with my strength and it keeps going up. I would hate to lose any strength I've worked so hard to get.
Any thoughts?

Its a never ending battle my friend! Just pick what you want to do and do your best at it. Best thing to do would be to cut back slowly on cals/carbs and continue making strength gains if you do not have any time restraints.

I think I will just clean up my diet as best as I can., bulk up this Spring even more (hopefully hit my lift goals by then of 225lb bench, 405lb dead) and then cut, and then continue to gain strength past that level).

Sounds like a plan. Just drop a bit of carbs from somewhere

I get so hungry though. What do you do at night time? That's when I seem to have the worst cravings for bread, etc.
Also I have a favor to ask if you Ruby, what does your bulking cycle look like as far as meals go? Just curious what you eat so I can get an idea of what I should be eating.
I know I got some muscles underneath this fat, it's frustrating! I just don't have as good discpline when bulking.

At night, I would just eat meat and veggies. Late at night would be a pro shake with some fats.

The problem is I eat out ALOT because I am lazy and don't know how to cook. So my diet is very sporadic and I just eat alot and basically get as much protein as I can. Of course in eating out alot I can't count calories, and I tend to eat alot of carbs.
Food is one of my biggest weaknesses, I think I may have to just eat out once a week and have a somewhat strict diet the rest of the week.
Hmm meat and veggies, I'll have to look into that. I had a protein shake about 15 mins ago and my stomach is growling still. I'm tempted to make a P&B sandwich w/ honey and drink it w/ skim milk (one of my fave snacks).

You can eat out. Just make better choices.
No PB sandwich at night. Have some natty PB with the shake

Basically. Just cut the crabs out at night. Eat some protein/veggies + fats. This in itself will start you getting leaner

Alright I will try that. Another thing is tomorrow I will make a diet so that you have an idea of what I'm eating. With the change of schedule and adapting to my job that is finally picking up, it makes it hard to set a routine. Plus with St. Patties Day this past weekend., always seems like some distraction. I just have to be more serious and I guess when given the chance to drink a beer or eat something I shouldn't I will either: 1.) not eat, and jsut drink water to pass the time or 2.) bring protein shakes when I go out and sneak to my car to have a chug a lug of whey! haha

Even if you clean up your diet and take out the carbs at night like Randy suggests, you should still be able to make some strength gains. Its highly like that the processed foods in your diet might be hindering your 'potential' in some way anyway. It takes a while for the body to stop 'craving' carbs so do this gradually and substitute the carbs with a little more 'good fat' to fill you up. If you can't give up bread totally, try the Ezekiel brand-it is less stodgy and more grainy, but with much lower carb content.

Mystic!
Bro....it almost looks like you copied some of MY journal with the carb cravings, bread and PB w. honey at night, etc ;D
It is VERY tough for me too. My wife alwasy wants to go to dinner with family, t hen I'm the bad guy cause I know I can't eat a lot on th menu, when they're all sittng there eating whatever + dessert too!
Makes me crazy!
Switch out the bread for a plain rice cake if you have to.
I just changed over to a CKD Diet today. Proteins, fats, carb up on weekend, etc. Check out my WO andDiet in my journal I just posted. I'm just starting this so there will be a lot of changes as I progress. Might be worth a shot for you too!
Check out C-K-D.com, the thread here on CKD and check with Hoops and some of the others who have tried it too.
Good Luck Buddy!

Going out to eat shouldn't be a problem. I know others on here, Masterschamp I think, even mentioned going out to eat while contest dieting. Don't quote me on that but I think it's correct. I still go out to eat but will stop shortly. It's not that hard to find a good local rest. to make the food the way you need it. I can go just about anywhere and get a lean steak or plain grilled chicken breast on top of a bed of greens or salad. Plain dry baked potatoe with salt isn't bad either and that's not mentioning steamed vegtables. It can be done - just make better choices like Rubi said.
So many people think it's riduclous hard to get lean. - it's not. Contest dietingis a bit harder but very, very few people ever do that anyway.
It does take making better choices and knowing where to draw the line on the "pleasure foods".

Dieting is also about a strict routine as far as eating goes, and that can be very difficult especially if you have a schedule which is different every day (like me) and sometimes I see 5-6 patients in a row so I don't get a break for meals. I do however make a protein shake in a coffee mug and that can at least give me my protein requirement. Otherwise the routine part is hard.
I will bulk for another 2 months and then the hardcore cutting will start. I want to get a 6 pack and get rid of all this fat. I know I have some good muscle underneath it all.

I`d simply drop any and all junk food, cut out mayo, heavy salad dressings, sugary things, butter, margarine, and any sweetened soft drinks.
This leaves you with chicken, steak, lean ground beef, eggs & eggwhites,whey,veggies,potatoes,yams,rice,oatmeal,fruit,etc.,...............all foods that you can get big on,or get cut up with as well, just have to tailor it correctly to reach your goals.

"If you want to be a lean piece of meat, then eat lean pieces of meat. if you want to be fluff, then eat cakes, breads and bagels"
read that somewhere....rings true
