Bumble Bee albacore tuna pouch - they think 7 oz is 'Family Size' for some reason. Couple of employees at a store I was at yesterday were surprised when I finished off a bag of beef jerky by myself. That was a snack to me! I also had sunflower seeds and a 20oz drink. "Portions" these days are oddly defined!

Nothing. I just had 2 meals within the past hour (PW), but after seeing this thread I will go eat some fish and rice. I am now hungry again! I'm not surprised at all... Come on Mo. You know that I eat like a bird!

Had lean Bison for the first time tonight. In a whole wheat pita with lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers and lite honey mustard. It was sooo good that bison. Very beefy.

Hum, sounds like and healty, lean and tasteful mexican meal! I believe Bison is under rated, people would benefit giving it a chance... 6g of protein, 0g of Carbs and 1,5g of fat per oz... no doubt, Bison is my favorite red meat!

Currently I'm finishing off my BCAA pre-workout drink....maybe I should have put a little whiskey in there, my nerves (about life at the present) are getting me worked up. :-\

pizza, chocolate chip ice cream, ice cream cake, birthday cake, pumpkin pie, brownies, chocolate chip cookies and cherry pop tarts.............that's meal 1!

This morning I had 4 whole wheat waffles, 1 whole wheat muffin, 2.5 cups of oatmeal, 2 scoops on ON whey and 2 chocolate chip rice cakes.
